RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Return Approval
Before a return is approved, we may request photos of the item, tags, and packaging to verify its condition.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns due to a change of mind, sizing issues, personal preference, or items that do not suit the customer, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
If a return is approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can review the case and provide a solution.
Non-Returnable Items

Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union Customers
If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving the item, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
